Veronica Holcomb

Veronica Holcomb specializes in helping individuals discover and capitalize on their strengths to lead and perform at higher levels of impact and influence. With the launching of VJ Holcomb Associates in 1985, Ms. Holcomb became one of the first female executive coaches in corporate America and appears to be the first African-American woman in this field. Since then, she has worked with individuals who want to strengthen and enhance their management behavior, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and personal style. She is the author of Ready, Set, Grow! 10 Success Strategies for Winning in the Workplace and a contributing author to Leadership Defined. Ms. Holcomb holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Leadership Coaching from Regent University. She is also a speaker with the American Management Association and a certified Feedback Specialist with the Center for Creative Leadership.
